1 – General Provisions
    The Company Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. , with registered office in Italy, Rome, Via Torchiarolo 33, zip code 00133, owns of “Zanni” brand, which is marketed and distributed through the website owned by Zanni, www.zannishoes.com (hereinafter “Site”).
    The present general terms and conditions (hereinafter Terms and Conditions), regulate the online selling of Zanni Trader s.r.l.s.  products (hereinafter Products),through the Site. These purchases are reserved to Site users, who reside in  Extra-EU area and who intend to make use of the sale services of the Products (hereinafter Customers).
    The Customer is requested to acknowledge and read carefully the present Terms and Conditions before completing any purchase on the Site. Such information, in fact, are meant to be entirely read, understood and accepted by the Customer at the time of implementing a purchase order.
    The Customer shall therefore follow these Terms and Conditions and consider Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. as released by any different terms and conditions from those in force, not arranged in advance in writing form.
    2 – Products
    The available Products on the Site for the online purchase are footwear.

    All our products are subject to a realization time varying from article to article because are made by hand. All our product  are on request  of each single client.
    . Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. reserves the right to modify at any time the quantity and/or the type of products that may be purchased on the Site.

    This product is accurately made by hand, in Italy. Skilled hands of experienced artisans using exclusively selected raw material. This precious product is steadily monitored by the Designer Barbara Zanni. Small blemishes are not considered to be defects, but are the clearest guarantee of handmade workmanship.
    The Customer will be informed if the requested Product is not available.

    The colors of the products in the images published may differ from the actual color of the product purchased
    3 – Prices
    All the prices on the Site are established in Euro currency and they not included VAT. The prices are not inclusive shipping ,delivery and duty charges.. Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. uses its best endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Site are accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of mistakes. In the event that a mistake in the price of a Product shall occur,Zanni Trader s.r.l.s.  will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. . is unable to contact the customer the order will be considered as cancelled.
    4 – Promotional Offers
    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. reserves the right to accomplish particular terms of sale or promotional offers on the Product(s) on the Site. The conditions applied to promotions shall be regulated from time to time by Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. through special communications to the Customers. For all those conditions not otherwise regulated, the present Terms and Conditions will be considered enforceable.
    5 – Registration
    In order to complete a purchase process on the Site, registration is required. The registering procedure requires to fill in an e-form; its fields shall be filled with the Customer’s personal data and his/her e-mail address. These details will be processed according to the privacy policy in force. After the registration, the Customer will own a personal account, to which he/she will be able to access by means of an username and a password, both strictly confidential.
    The assignment of these access codes ensures an anonymous login to the Customer. The customer is responsible for the disclosure of his/her own password to a third party for any reason.
    The Customer shall be considered responsible for any action or irregular behavior against the laws in force or with the present Terms and Conditions committed by anyone using the personal account on his/her behalf. The Customer is required to promptly report to Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. about any theft or loss of the password, as well as any improper use of the account or of the password committed by a third party.
    6 – Purchase Procedure

    To buy on the Site. The details and the price of the Product are detailed in the single page of each Product listed on the chosen Product the Customer shall complete, following the instruction indicated on the Site, and send to Zanni Trader s.r.l.s., the online purchase form. The Customer shall add the Product to the “Cart” accept  Terms and Conditions,the Privacy Policy and the withdrawal right policy. The Customer shall then select the condition of payment and choose the option “place order”.
    The orders can be executed, subject to registration and creation of a Customer’s personal account, as described in previous paragraphs, following patterns and instructions specified in the Site, or accessing into the system with the checkout method.
    7 – Purchase Agreement
    The display and presentation of the Products in the Site is a mere invitation to treat and does not imply or amount to a contractual offer by Zanni Trader s.r.l.s.. The Customer, by pressing the “place order” button in the “Order review” places the final order, which represents an offer to buy. Once an Order is placed Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. will send an e-mail to the address indicated by the Customer, acknowledging the receipt of the Order and specifying the Order in detail (“Order Acknowledgement”). The Order Acknowledgement is a mere informational notice and not an acceptance of the offer by Zanni Trader s.r.l.s.. The sale and purchase contract between Zanni Trader s.r.l.s.  and the Customer (the “Contract”) shall be formed when Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. sends an e-mail confirming that the Order has been accepted and the Product dispatched and the terms upon which the contract shall be concluded (the “Dispatch Confirmation”).
    8 – Payment Terms

    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. is an Italian company and produces products directly from Italy, therefore it will update the sales prices from time to time with the Euro currency.

    The Customer can pay for the Products including shipping via the Sumup and Soisy circuit (only for current account holders with Italian iban). In order to prevent internet fraud, the payment made through the Site will be managed online by the appointed bank using the tools offered by Sumup. This company is responsible for maintaining and automatically processing information relating to each order “including financial information” within a secure environment. All financial information, such as credit card number, expiration date, etc. they are managed directly by Master Card, Cartasi, American Express, which guarantee the security of online transactions. Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. he can never obtain information with the essential data of Sumup and of all credit cards and is therefore unable to register or store them in any way.

    The transaction will be charged to the Customer’s credit card only once the credit card details have been verified; and only after Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. has receed the debit authorization from the credit card issuer and the availability of the Product has been verified by Zanni Trader s.r.l.s.

    9 – Shipping and tax

    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. delivery with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) formula only in EU. For delivery extra EU, shipping, duty and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

    10 – Shipping and delivery
    For the delivery the Customer may choose his/her residence, domicile, place of work or the private address.
    For security reasons the Product(s) purchased on the Site cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses and these orders will not be processed.
    For each order completed on Site, Zanni Trader s.r.l.s.  will issue an invoice for the shipped Products, together with the Product in accordance with the prevision of the D.P.R. 445/2000 and D.L. 52/2004. For the invoice issuing Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. will refer to the data provided by the Customer. Once the invoice has been issued no modification of the same will be possible.
    .The shipping and delivery charges may vary depending on location and on the type of shipment requested. Shipments are made by courier from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Being a product to be made exclusively by hand at the request of the each single client, the delivery times vary: within 6 – 25 working days after 24H from order registration. In case that the client is not present at the delivery, no further attempts to deliver to the order will be made.

    The orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday, with exception of holidays and public holidays. Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. is not responsible for unpredictable delays, notwithstanding that, except for cases of Force Majeure, the Product(s) will be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days following the day after the submission to Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. of the order by the Customer. For the delivery of the Products is required the presence of the Customer or of an authorized person, at the address indicated in the order. At the time of the delivery by the Courier, the Customer shall verify: that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or in any case tampered with the packaging materials, too.
    Any damage in the packaging and or in the Product(s) or any discrepancy between the number of the boxes actually delivered and the number of the boxes indicated on the shipping document, shall be immediately notified by indicating it in writing on the Courier’s delivery documents. Once the Customer has signed the Currier’s shipping document, the Customer may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered goods.
    In the event that, due to sudden and temporary unavailability of the Products, Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. isn’t able to deliver the goods, Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. shall promptly inform the Customer, and in any way within 90 (ninety) days via e-mail.
    The amount already paid by the Customer shall be credited as quickly as possible and in any case within 60 (sixty) days from the settlement of the purchase order
    11 – Tracking Number
    Once the Product(s) have been sent, Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. will send a confirmation e-mail to the Customer.
    In order to guarantee the security of the delivery of the Products Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. will keep the tracking number of each delivery.
    12 – Returns, Cancellation and Withdrawal rights

    Zanni Trader srls is not responsible and will not make any reimbursement, for measures and sizes that each individual customer sends to the company Zanni Trader srls for custom-made shoes, of design and measurement that each individual customer sends to Zanni Trader srls, as La Zanni Trader srls, strictly adheres to measurements written by each individual customer who sends for requested shoes, and is not responsible for any single customer’s errors.

    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. wishes to offer the complete satisfaction of the Customer.
    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. will refund the entire cost of the Product(s) returned by the Customer only if not used ,not damaged, not right size and accompanied by the relevant invoice.

    The replacement of the product will take place only if the size of the item chosen by the customer is incorrect as chosen by our website. Zanni Trader srls is not responsible and will not make any reimbursement, for bespoke shoes, measures and sizes that each individual customer sends to the company Zanni Trader srls for custom-made shoes, of design and measurement that each individual customer writes and show and sends to Zanni Trader srls, as La Zanni Trader srls, strictly adheres to measurements written by each individual customer who sends for requested shoes, and holds the customer responsable for his measurements to sent to make the bespoke shoes request, so the Zanni Trader s.r.l.s, is not responsible for any single customer’s errors.

    Any cost for returningof product purchased from the Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. Website, will be paid by the customer, therefore shipping and duty, will be the customer’s payment. The Zanni Trader s.r.l.s , will give all documents for returning goods to Italy that will be give to customer by email.

    The second shipment for the replacement of the product already chosen by the customer, made by Zanni Trader s.r.l.s., will be charged to the customer and includes shipping and duty.

    Being the products of Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. handcrafted craftsmanship and on personal request, the customer has the right to 1 ( one ) replacement of the chosen product and will pay only for transport and duty.

    For further requests to replace the same product, the customer will have to pay transportation and duty for the return, more ‘full amount of the product chosen as price written on sale of the site.
    The refunds will be issued in the same form used for payment.
    The purchased goods may be returned within maximum 14 (fourteen ) days from the delivery date.
    The Products purchased online cannot be refunded nor returned in any retail stores.

    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do meet the requirements as per above paragraph.

    For the right of withdrawal of the product, the customer must send an email within 7 days to Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. at the e-mail address order@zannishoes.com, containing the aforementioned request.

    The aforementioned request must be followed by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 24 hours, of the sending of the email., To the postal address:

    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. undertakes to promptly refund the Customer within 60 (sixthy) days from the written order cancellation request.
    Once the refund has been completed Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. will send a confirmation e-mail.
    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. use our courier service for return of the Product(s) in order to allow the tracking of the shipment. Zanni Trader s.r.l.s.will not be responsable for the refund or the compensation of those Products which have been lost, stolen or damaged.
    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. will use its best endeavors to satisfy the Customer. Moreover, once the product has been sent, the order may no longer be modified nor deleted until the Products have been duly returned to  Zanni Trader S.R.L.S.  at the Rome office in Via Torchiarolo 33, c.a.p. 00133, Italy
    13 – Defective product

    If the Customer considers that the delivered Product does not conform to the Contract or that the Product is defective, the Customer must promptly contact Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. sending an e-mail to order@zannishoes.com , and furnish details of the Product and the alleged defect. The customer must send photos and images of the product defect and the Zanni Trader s.r.l.s.he will examine the image. for a manufacturing or manufacturing defect. Once examined the product and ascertained the defect, the Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. will communicate, by email, to the customer, the right to a replacement. The Customer shall return the Product and a paper copy of the contestation e-mail to Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. will fully examine the returned Product and will notify the Customer by e-mail of his right to  a replacement .  The replacement will be processed within 60 (sixty) days from the day Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. confirmed by e-mail the eligibility of the Customer to  a refund or replacement of the Product, as the case may be.

    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. is not liable for defects caused by delivery made by third parties.

    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages arising from improper or negligent use of the Product, alteration of the same or normal wear and tear.

    14 – Errors and Mistakes
    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. uses its best endeavors in order to keep the information on the Site constantly updated. Nevertheless it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of mistakes on the Site. The Site might contain typing errors, errors, inaccuracies and omissions some of which may refer to the price of the Product, to the Product availability and/or to the details of the Products.
    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s reserves the right to amend the errors and inaccuracies also after that the order has been submitted and furthermore reserves the right to amend or modify the information on the Site at any time without prior communication
    15 – Guarantee of Authenticity
    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. guarantees the authenticity of all the Products purchased on the Site. The Products marked Zanni  are produced entirely in Italy and made with the best materials.
    All the intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service trademarks, marks and copyrights are exclusive property of  Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. no page or other content of the Site may be reproduced without the prior written approval of Zanni Trader s.r.l.s..
    All material or content supplied as part of the website www.zannishoes.com, including tests, documents, logo, images, graphics, videos, setting, look, feel and modifications are governed by the law and statutory provisions on intellectual property and are protected by copyright. It is prohibited to copy, alter, distribute, translate, utilize, file or publish the aforesaid contents on different websites without written authorisation by  Zanni Trader S.R.L.S.
    Viewing, downloading and printing Zanni’s website’s contents is allowed for personal use only and the User cannot claim any rights in respect thereof.
    The trade mark Zanni, are registered trade mark of Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. The trade mark “Zanni” constitutes the company’s identification in the market.
    16 – Changes to general terms and conditions
    Zanni Trader s.r.l.s reserves the right to modify the present Terms and Conditions of sale at any time. Any changes, modifications, removals or addition will go into force just after their submitted communication means of notes issued on the Site. Once the communication is given any access and use of Zanni Trader s.r.l.s. services by the Customer is meant to be considered as a complete acceptance of the changes that have occurred.
